The feel of the music changes but the actual theme is still "there". I spent sleepless nights working on the soundtrack since I had only a week and a half to complete the entire musical score. Although I composed the actual theme about 2 months before I worked on the soundtrack. Too bad the film's sound was reproduced in "mono" format only. It would have sounded much much better had Star Cinema opted to make it stereo. But then, they'd have to shell out about another extra P300,000.00 to Dolby Laboratories as licensing fee and they probably felt that the film, being a comedy flick, didn't have enough merit to deserve a stereo soundtrack. YOU guys must have such a wide music vocabulary, you know very well which suits and which doesn't.
