I was going through a few pics cluttered inside my PC and I saw a picture I haven’t seen in quite a while. It was actually a picture I took with my camera phone which I submitted to a Smart Photo Contest early 2004. The contest I think was named “Pic Ü”. I took this photo when I was at the “Ninoy Aquino International Airport” to pick up a relative. As soon as I parked my car, I went to the public toilet to relieve myself. On my way out of the comfort room, I noticed a person slumped and sleeping on the sink with a towelette over his head. Being the impulsive person that I am… I took out my handy dandy cellphone and shot away! But I just intended for this photo to be part of my personal “funny collection”. Back then I never even knew there would be a Smart Photo Contest.
Anyways, I submitted this photo as an entry for the photo competition and to my surprise it was chosen as the one of the Monthly 1st Prize Winners (I was given a Nokia 3650) AND it actually made me win the GRAND PRIZE for the Contest netting me a cool 50GRAND! Who would’ve known!
